The VLP, in partnership with South Brooklyn Legal Services, has launched a Foreclosure Intervention project aimed at addressing the growing foreclosure crisis in Brooklyn. The VLP has already amassed and begun to train a panel of over forty volunteer attorneys who will represent homeowners at new mandatory settlement conferences in Kings County Supreme Court.
